References to these standards describe our approach and do not mean that we hold certification.

Quality

• Understand and meet our clients’ requirements and applicable regulations.
• Select qualified suppliers and verify product conformity, including CE and UKCA marking where required.
• Plan, document and review projects with clear acceptance criteria.
• Learn from feedback, complaints and incidents to improve continually.

Health and safety

• Identify hazards and assess risks before work begins, especially for installation, electrical, energy-storage and maritime activities.
• Use trained, qualified people and suitable protective equipment.
• Require subcontractors to meet our safety standards, local legal requirements and insurance obligations.
• Encourage everyone to stop work and report unsafe conditions without fear of blame.

Environment

• Comply with environmental laws in every country where we operate.
• Promote renewable energy, energy-efficient equipment and electric mobility through our services.
• Reduce waste and support responsible take-back and recycling of electrical equipment and batteries, in line with the WEEE Directive and the EU Batteries Regulation.
• Consider environmental impact when choosing suppliers, materials and transport.
