Modern Slavery & Ethical Sourcing Statement

EUSUK Holding LLC is committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. This voluntary statement reflects the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the ILO core conventions and the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our business and supply chains

We operate across divisions spanning technology, telecommunications, cloud, energy, electric mobility, electronics, smart infrastructure, logistics, maritime supply, agriculture and cosmetics. Our supply chains include manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers and subcontractors in many countries.

Our standards for suppliers

We expect all suppliers and partners to:

• prohibit forced, bonded, prison and child labour;
• ensure workers are free to leave employment and are not required to pay recruitment fees or surrender identity documents;
• pay at least the legal minimum wage and respect legal working hours;
• provide safe and healthy working conditions;
• respect freedom of association and prohibit discrimination and harassment;
• comply with environmental laws and source materials responsibly, including conflict minerals under Regulation (EU) 2017/821 where relevant.

Due diligence

We assess suppliers based on risk, considering their country, sector and products. Higher-risk suppliers may be asked to complete questionnaires, provide certifications or accept audits. Our contracts include obligations to comply with these standards.

If we find a problem

Where we identify concerns, we work with the supplier on corrective actions. If issues are serious or not resolved, we end the relationship and report to the authorities where appropriate.

We raise awareness among everyone involved in purchasing. Anyone can report concerns confidentially to info@eusukholding.com.
